How Baxtoc handles information and protects your privacy.
This Privacy Policy is designed to clearly explain how the Baxtoc application (“we”, “us”, “our” or “the App”) handles user information and protects user privacy during all usage processes. Baxtoc is a lightweight, one-stop AI visual creation application dedicated to providing global creators with convenient, efficient and professional image and video creation services. The core functions of the App include AI image-to-image generation, image-to-video conversion, custom style effect adjustment, parameter fine-tuning, local preview, high-definition export and content sharing. We attach great importance to user privacy protection, adhere to the principle of minimal data processing, and fully guarantee the security and autonomy of user personal information. This policy applies to all users who access and use the Baxtoc application, and all service behaviors generated during the use of the App. It is clearly stated here that Baxtoc does not require any user account registration, login, identity verification or real-name authentication procedures, and users can use all core creation functions of the App directly after installation. Throughout the entire service process, we do not collect, store, analyze or process any user facial information in any form, and no facial data will be captured, uploaded, saved or used for any purpose by our system.
Baxtoc adopts a completely account-free usage mode, which is the core design of our lightweight service system. There is no account system, user database, user identity binding mechanism or user profile creation function in the App. Users do not need to provide any personal identification information such as name, nickname, mobile phone number, email address, ID information or social account information to use the App. We do not collect, record, store or synchronize any user identity information, and there is no behavior of associating user usage records with personal identity. At the same time, we strictly do not collect any user facial information. Whether users upload reference images for creation, generate new visual works, or preview and export content in the App, our system will not identify, extract, analyze or store facial features, facial data or any biometric information related to the user’s face contained in images and videos. All AI creation operations only focus on adjusting the overall texture, color palette, tone and atmospheric style of the reference works, without any facial information collection and processing behavior.
The core service of Baxtoc is to help users create personalized visual works based on user-provided reference images. All reference images, original materials, customized parameter settings, generated images and short video works involved in the user's creation process are completely controlled by the user independently. All user creation content is only stored locally on the user’s personal mobile device, and will not be automatically uploaded to our server, cloud platform or any third-party server by the App. We do not actively collect, copy, backup, intercept or obtain any user creation content and reference materials. Users can freely preview, edit, export, save and delete local creation files according to their own needs, and we have no right to access or obtain these local files. In the process of processing user creation content, we never collect user facial information. Even if the reference images or created works uploaded by users contain facial elements, our AI algorithm only performs overall style rendering, tone adjustment and picture extension processing on the entire image, and will not independently identify, extract, store or analyze facial information. No facial data will be retained in any link of creation, preview, export and sharing.
To ensure the normal operation of the App’s core creation, preview and export functions, Baxtoc only applies for the most basic system permissions required for service operation, and all permission usage is limited to local device operation without any remote data transmission. The only permissions the App may use are local device storage permissions, which are used exclusively for saving user creation works, caching local creation parameter settings and realizing real-time local preview functions. We will not apply for camera permission, microphone permission, location permission, contact permission or other irrelevant system permissions. It is fully guaranteed that the App will not obtain any sensitive user information through system permissions. In the whole process of permission application and use, we do not collect any user facial information. Since the App does not call the device camera or facial recognition function at all, there is no possibility of capturing real-time facial images, collecting facial feature data or identifying user facial information. All permission behaviors are limited to local file reading and writing, and do not involve any collection of user biometric information including facial information.
All data generated during the user's use of Baxtoc is completely stored locally on the user's mobile device, and we do not set up any remote server storage, cloud synchronization or data backup functions. The local data of the user includes customized style parameter settings, creation draft records and exported visual works. These data are only visible and operable to the user, and no third party including us can access, view or obtain the above data. Users can completely delete all local App data by clearing the App cache or uninstalling the App, and all related content will be permanently cleared from the device without any residual data. We have built-in local data security protection logic in the App to prevent local data leakage, tampering or loss. Throughout the local data storage and protection process, we never collect, store or transmit user facial information. All local data generated by the user will not involve facial information collection, and even if the user’s local creation content contains facial elements, we will not actively identify or retain any facial data information.
Baxtoc adheres to the principle of zero data sharing. We will not share, sell, rent, transmit or disclose any user-related data to any third-party companies, organizations or individuals in any form. There are no built-in third-party statistical tools, third-party tracking components, third-party advertising modules or third-party data analysis functions in the App. We do not track user usage behaviors, do not record user operation logs, and do not form user behavior portraits or data reports. All service operations of the App are completed locally on the user's device, and no user data will be transmitted to the outside world. At the same time, we confirm again that we do not collect any user facial information, so there is no situation of sharing, transmitting or leaking user facial information to third parties. Zero facial information collection fundamentally avoids any privacy risks related to user facial data leakage and transmission.
Baxtoc is a fully compliant lightweight AI creation application, with no hidden functions, no abnormal data collection behaviors, no hot update mechanism, no code confusion settings and no infringing content. The App has no paid functions, subscription services, in-app purchase entries or any commercial charging behaviors, and all core creation functions are opened to users in a compliant and standardized manner. We do not set any background data collection programs, automatic upload programs or hidden tracking programs, and all App operations are transparent and visible to users. In all functional links including image generation, video conversion, style customization, parameter adjustment, preview export and content sharing, we always maintain zero collection of user facial information. No functional module of the App involves facial recognition, facial data analysis, facial feature extraction and facial information storage, which fully protects the user's facial privacy and biometric information security.
Baxtoc provides a convenient local sharing function, which only supports users to share the visual works created by themselves through the user's own device channel. The sharing behavior is completely initiated and controlled independently by the user. We do not participate in, interfere with or record the user's sharing behavior, and do not obtain any data generated during the sharing process. Before users share works, they can independently check and edit the content of the works to ensure that the shared content meets their privacy expectations. We will not actively obtain or save the shared works of users. In the sharing function scenario, we still do not collect any user facial information. The sharing function only transmits the work content confirmed by the user, and our system will not capture, identify or store any facial information contained in the shared works, and will not associate the shared content with any user personal information.
We reserve the right to appropriately optimize and adjust this Privacy Policy according to the iteration of App functions and service upgrades to ensure that the policy is always consistent with the actual service behaviors of Baxtoc. All updated contents of the policy will be displayed on the official announcement page within the App, and users can check the latest privacy policy rules at any time. The updated policy will take effect immediately after being displayed. The core privacy protection rules of the App, including zero account registration, zero facial information collection, zero server data storage and zero third-party data sharing, will always remain unchanged. We will never change the core rule of not collecting any user facial information in any version update and policy adjustment, and will always protect the user's facial privacy and personal information security in a standardized manner.
